Return Policy:

Since these are living plants it is very difficult to take returns. If they are not packed right for their return, they can arrive in terrible condition or dead.

If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us right away and send pictures of the exact orchid we sent within one or two days. If you wait for weeks or months, the orchid could be in trouble due to the your environment.

If there is damage due to shipping you must follow up with the carrier. We have no control over shipping once it leaves our shop, this includes damage during the winter months. December - March is winter, 98% of our products arrive with no damage. If you leave your orchid out in the weather for one hour, that can kill orchids during winter and hot summer months.

We pack very well and get compliments on our packing every month. It is up to each buyer to watch the tracking number and keep an eye on when the orchids will be delivered. UPS and USPS will hold or change delivery if you ask them before they are “out for delivery.” Or, you can deliver them to your office, a family member, or have a neighbor accept them. We send the tracking number the same day the box is shipped.)

If you transplant a blooming orchid, we will not replace it. You should never disturb roots on a blooming orchid.
